After submitting the registration form, you will receive an invoice with payment instructions. Please ensure that payment is made as indicated on the invoice. Kindly note that your registration will only be confirmed once the conference fee has been received.

Early-bird registration fee until August 15, 2026: EUR 290

For registrations between August 15, 2025 and September 06, 2026: EUR 340

Scholars from low-income countries and PhD students presenting a single-author paper receive a 50% discount. The registration fee covers a light lunch, coffee breaks, and the conference dinner.
