Final presentations of the IM Challenge 2019

The final presentations of this year's IM-Challenge took place on October 23rd. This year a three-dimensional loading problem from practice was considered. Real data were provided by our industry partner, WITRON Logistik + Informatik GmbH. Altogether two teams were able to deliver very good solutions and thus successfully complete the IM-Challenge. Both teams opted for a constructive heuristic.

The winners this year are the team Mr. Florian Kirchner and Mr. Sebastian Leichsenring. The winning team embedded their constructive heuristic (C#) in a modern web application with visualization (Javascript).
