Review ICCL Conference 2022 in Barcelona
The International Conference on Computational Logistics (ICCL 2022) was held in Barcelona from September 21-23. The conference, organized by Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF), included presentations in Maritime Logistics, Sustainability, Supply Chain, Production, and other related disciplines, as well as plenary talks and roundtable discussions.

Our colleagues presented recent insights from the PhD topics:
- Nadine Schiebold: Multi-shift worker assignment problem with a heterogeneous workforce in semi-automated electronics production.
- Steffen Rudert and Udo Buscher: Heuristics for single-item dynamic lot-sizing with rework of internal returns.
In addition, the conference enabled a visit to the logistics center of the leading Spanish food retailer Mercadona in Abrera (Barcelona).
