Participation in LDIC 2026 in Bremen
Two members of our chair, Paul Päprer and Shiyu Guo, attended the 10th International Conference on Dynamics in Logistics (LDIC 2026) together with Prof. Buscher. The conference took place from 25–27 February 2026 in Bremen.
LDIC is a well-established international and interdisciplinary conference organized by the Bremen Research Cluster for Dynamics in Logistics (LogDynamics) at the University of Bremen. It brings together researchers and practitioners from logistics, operations research, engineering, and computer science.
Shiyu Guo presented the paper “Optimization of Investment and Operations for Green Hydrogen Supply Chains with Salt Cavern Storage”. Paul Päprer presented “A Semi-Integrated Approach for Combined Railway Circulation and Shift Planning”. Both contributions generated substantial interest and lively scientific discussion.
The conference program was complemented by social events, including a conference dinner, a guided city tour, and a visit to the BIBA – Bremer Institut für Produktion und Logistik GmbH, an engineering-oriented research institute focusing on innovative logistics solutions and applied research projects.
We thank the organizers of LDIC 2026 for the excellent organization and the inspiring program.
