Sonja Olbing Joins the Chair of Organization and Management

Sonja Olbing joined the Chair of Organization and Management as research associate on June 1^st, 2025. Ms. Olbing previously studied Business Administration in the Master's program at the University of Münster and completed her Bachelor's degree at the Mercator School of Management at the University of Duisburg-Essen. As a student assistant, she also gained extensive experience in research and teaching on topics such as digital transformation, change management, and new forms of work.
