IN A TARGETED MANNER DEVELOP SKILLS FOR THE FUTURE: REGISTER NOW FOR THE EUTOPIA MICRO-CREDENTIAL COURSE “EMPATHY & LEADERSHIP”!
In the 2026/27 winter semester, the Chair of Business Education and Management Training will offer a new international course format as part of the European university network EUTOPIA: the “Empathy & Leadership” micro-credential course. The course focuses on empathy as a key leadership skill for the future. Students will have the opportunity to explore the importance of empathy in leadership, gain insight into international perspectives, and apply research-based findings to professional and organizational contexts.
The course brings together students from various EUTOPIA universities and diverse academic backgrounds. In three interactive online sessions, they will discuss key aspects of empathetic leadership and collaborate on a mini-project. In addition, participants will prepare for the sessions by reviewing academic literature.
The course is worth 3 ECTS credits. Upon successful completion, students will receive a non-graded EUTOPIA Micro-Credential Certificate.

The micro-credential course is being offered as part of the“EUTOPIA Connected Community on Sustainable Wellbeing” within the framework of the“International Learning Formats for Future Leadership Competences” project.
With this new offering, the Chair of Business Education and Management Training builds on an international teaching format that was successfully tested last semester and continues its collaboration with EUTOPIA partner universities in the area of future leadership competencies.
