In a discussion event on the topic "Addressing failures, acting decisively: The Annual Report of the German Council of Economic Experts" on January 16, 2025 from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. in lecture hall HÜL S 386/H , Prof. Dr. Dr. hc. Monika Schnitzer will discuss the annual report published on November 13, 2024 and will be available to answer questions in the subsequent discussion. Prof. Dr. Dr. hc. Monika Schnitzer holds the Chair of Comparative Economics at LMU Munich and is Chair of the German Council of Economic Experts.

The event, which is being held in cooperation with the ifo Institute Dresden branch, will be moderated by Prof. Dr. Christian Leßmann, Chair of Economics, esp. International Economics at TU Dresden and ifo Research Professor.
