Yvonne Rostock
Yvonne Rostock is an example of international management careers that started at TU Dresden.
As one of the few East Germans and one of the few women at the top of an SDAX company, she led CEWE Stiftung & Co. KGaA to record results from 2023 to 2025 and strengthened its market leadership in Europe through consistent customer orientation, brand strength, innovation and internationalization.
After graduating from the Faculty of Business Administration, her career took her to leading positions at Coty, L'Oréal and Henkel, where she accelerated growth, transformed business models and shaped international organizations. Stations in London, Paris, Kyiv and Düsseldorf underline her European perspective as well as her experience along various development phases - from the successful development of new markets to the turnaround of established structures. Her passion lies in the combination of transformation, brands and innovation - and in inspiring teams for common goals and taking them along with her.
Born in Saxony, the fall of the Berlin Wall and the associated upheavals shaped her life. This personal transformation has strengthened her She sees change as an opportunity to proactively shape the future. Today, in addition to new entrepreneurial tasks, Yvonne Rostock is particularly involved in educational initiatives in cooperation with universities. She is married and the mother of two sons.
