The e-mail address, surname and first name are processed.

Voluntariness and revocation

The provision of personal data is voluntary. Consent to the processing of personal data can be revoked at any time in accordance with Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR with the consequence that the personal data of the person concerned will no longer be processed.

Data subjects have the right to request information about the personal data processed about them and the possible recipients of this data at any time. They are entitled to a response within one month of receipt of the request for information.

Data subjects can request the correction or deletion of their personal data or the restriction of processing at any time from TU Dresden.

Data transmission

Unless otherwise stipulated by law or you have expressly consented in individual cases, no personal data will be transferred to third parties.

Storage period

Your e-mail address will be stored until the event on 28.01.2026. This does not affect the legality of processing based on consent until revocation.

Right to information
