Short profile of the Research Group
The Research Group Sustainability and Biodiversity Management at the Faculty of Business and Economics at TU Dresden, led by Prof. Dr.Remmer Sassen, focuses on sustainability management, environmental economics, and bioeconomy.
The group investigates sustainability transformations in organizations, particularly in the areas of business models, environmental and climate strategies, and resource efficiency. It follows an interdisciplinary approach, combining academic research with practical relevance.
In addition to research, the group contributes to teaching at the Faculty of Business and Economics and collaborates with partners from academia, industry, and policy.
