The analysis of such a broad research area requires scientific methods from the fields of business administration and economics as well as the inclusion of engineering and social sciences, which emphasizes the interdisciplinary nature of energy economics.
Our objective is to anticipate and to study relevant issues in energy economics and to discuss the gained knowledge with representatives from policy and industry as well as with students in the context of our teaching.
