FGMU's research activities focus on process-oriented analyzes to investigate the requirements, concepts and effects of the strategies for change management and zero-defect quality (Six Sigma). In the focus of all scientific and practice-oriented analyzes and implementation concepts are cause-and-effect relationships, designed and depicted in value drivers - success factors - value generators.
Cooperation Intensification
The aim of the cooperation intensification beteween TU Dresden and Deutsche Bahn AG is on one hand to give students an attractive field for starting their careers and on the other hand to create benefits for Deutsche Bahn in practice-oriented research projects.
Based on project outlines and applied cooperation projects, the Deutsche Bahn AG allocates funds for the implementation of the projects and for the achievement of the intended project benefit. In the years since the start of cooperation intensification, a 7-digit amount of projects has been acquired and TU Dresden is now ranked among the leading 3 cooperation partners of Deutsche Bahn AG.
The TU Dresden has a direct partner and mentor in the Deutsche Bahn Group and 2 direct contact persons for the formulation of project initiatives.
