PhD Survey

At the faculty, we have been conducting a survey of our doctoral candidates and postdocs for many years. The survey helps us to identify concerns and problems and enables us to further develop the conditions for our early career researchers. Questions on Good Scientific Practice, e.g. on co-authorships, are also included in the survey.

TU Dresden is partner of the National Academics Panel Study (Nacaps) of the German Centre for Higher Education Research and Science Studies (DZHW) since 2020. Nacaps is a longitudinal study on doctoral candidates and postdocs.
