- Attendance and active participation in an interprofessorial doctoral colloquium can be credited as evidence in accordance with PromO 2018, § 9 para. 1, no. 5. One of the two certificates to be provided in accordance with PromO 2018, § 9 para. 1, no. 5 can be provided by giving a presentation at an established specialist conference.
- In the Business Administration group, a professor (usually the first supervisor) checks whether the work performed is equivalent to the requirements of PromO 2018, §9 para. 1, no. 5 or 6. If this is the case, the professor signs the submitted certificate. If there is no certificate (e.g. for a presentation at a conference), the professor confirms the equivalence of the work performed in an informal letter.
