My guiding questions are: What knowledge, skills and abilities do I want my students to walk away with? How do I enable them to develop or uncover these competencies?
I understand myself as an enabler for learning, studying and understanding. In this role, I want to enable them to get involved with the topic, by being involved in the course by sharing my passion, by asking them to actively engage with the topic as part of their course work.
