Strasbourg (ERASMUS and double degree)
Integrated German-French Master's degree program in Business Administration
Since 2010, the Faculty of Business and Economics at TU Dresden and the Ecole de Management (EM) Strasbourg have been offering a two-year, integrated Franco-German Master's degree program in Business Administration. The study program is sponsored by the Franco-German University (DFH).
EM Strasbourg - the result of the merger of IECS and IAE at the beginning of 2008 - has the status of a "Grande école de commerce" and is part of the Université de Strasbourg, which has united the three universities Robert Schumann, Louis Pasteur and Marc Bloch under one roof since 2009.
Students spend one year in Strasbourg and one year in Dresden and receive degrees from both universities (Master of Science in Dresden, Master Grande École in Strasbourg).

- The stay at the university in Strasbourg is financially supported not only by ERASMUS funding, but also by the DFH (Franco-German University) .
- Credit points earned abroad are automatically recognized on the basis of a previously agreed learning agreement.
- You can perfect your language skills, gain experience abroad and study at a university abroad at the same time.
Students on this Franco-German study program study at both universities as regular students and complete either the first or the last two semesters of their Master's degree at the partner university. Each semester begins in the winter semester. They take part of their Master's examination at both universities in accordance with the regulations applicable there. A total of 60 ECTS must be completed in Strasbourg.
Students are fully enrolled at TU Dresden and EM Strasbourg for the entire duration of their studies and are subject to the regulations of both universities. Tuition fees are only charged at the home university.
Examinations are held in the respective national languages in accordance with the regulations for Master's examinations at the respective university. In addition to the national certificates, students receive a Diploma Supplement, which explains the respective national education system, as well as a diploma from the DFH.
Application requirements for the integrated double Master's program are enrollment in the Master's program in Business Administration at TU Dresden (please note the admission requirements, in particular the aptitude assessment regulations. Information on this can be found here as well as a good knowledge of French (at least B2).
Applications must be submitted to the Chair of Quantitative Methods, in particular Econometrics, Prof. Dr. Bernhard Schipp, by 31 January of the respective year for the following winter semester.
The following documents must be submitted:
- Application form (via the online portal Mobility Online ERASMUS+)
- informal cover letter incl. letter of motivation
- Curriculum vitae in tabular form
- Copy of Bachelor's degree certificate or current grades, if degree not yet obtained
- French/English language certificates.
