Successful PhD defense of Andreas Leibing

We are pleased to announce the successful graduation of Andreas Leibing. His dissertation entitled "Education, Expectations, and the Economy: Four Essays in Education and Labor Economics" was defended on July 19, 2024 at Freie Universität Berlin with top marks (summa cum laude).

The thesis was reviewed by Prof. Dr. Katharina Spieß and Prof. Dr. Jan Marcus. Other members of the examination committee were Prof. Dr. Peter Haan and Prof. Dr. Natalia Danzer.

Since May 2024, Andreas Leibing has been working as a Research Associate at the Chair of Quantitative Methods, esp. Econometrics, at TU Dresden and will continue his research activities there as a postdoc from October 2024.
