NeuroIS Research Group
The NeuroIS Research Group is an interdisciplinary research team at the Chair of Business Information Systems, esp. Intelligent Systems and Services.
Key research areas include digitization in the healthcare context (digital health), evaluation of digital assistants using neuroscientific methods, neuroadaptive and biofeedback systems, as well as practical applications of brain-computer interfaces.
The group is led by Dr. R. Stefan Greulich and brings together expertise from the fields of neuroscience, computer science, and business administration.
The NeuroIS RG collaborates with various partners from industry, politics, and academia. Examples of research projects include "AI4PD," in which a digital assistant for Parkinson's patients is being developed. This project is supported by the Else Kröner Fresenius Center for Digital Health and is carried out in collaboration with the Neurology Department at the University Hospital Dresden.
