Startup team OP|OX
OP|OX is a start-up project of Technische Universität Dresden and is being funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Technology as part of the EXIST business starter grant.
OP|OX is developing solutions in relation to personnel and organizational management. OP|OX enables companies to introduce competence management and optimize staffing and job creation based on staff competence levels.
OP|OX assists companies in
- becoming acquainted with and recording the competence levels and goals of their employees
- deploying their employees in line with their competence levels and development opportunities and
- optimally matching company job creation and staffing to the competence levels of employees.
Based on mathematical algorithms, OP|OX allows complex plans to be carried out simply and quickly at employee, team and department level and for the company as a whole.
