Presentation of Award-winning Research at ICIS 2021
The annual International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS) is the most prestigious gathering of IS academics and research-oriented practitioners in the world. Billed as the most exclusive AIS conference—and one of the most exclusive in the entire field—ICIS attracts the top research papers in the field. This year’s conference was hosted as a hybrid event, with on-site presence in Austin, Texas and virtually attending participants from all over the world.
At the ICIS 2021, our chair presented one paper in the IS Implementation and Adoption track, which was created as a cross-site research project with Saarland University. The paper was awarded the best paper in track award, and nominated for the ICIS 2021 best paper award:
“The Role of Algorithmic Transparency in Contact-tracing App Adoption”
