Warm welcome: Flora Horn joins the WiBE team from August 2025

We are pleased to welcome Flora Horn as a new member of our team on August 1. She has successfully completed her studies in Business Information Systems at the TU Dresden. In her diploma thesis entitled: "SPOCK: A Design Theory for Retrieval-Augmented Generation in Resource-Constrained Environments across Heterogenous Knowledge Sources", she investigates the problem of how generative AI in the form of small language models can improve knowledge access in small and medium-sized enterprises. As part of her PhD, she will continue her research in the field of Generative AI.

We warmly welcome Flora Horn to the Business Engineering team and look forward to working with her.
