The goal of the research project is the development of a Business Intelligence system with self-learning artificial intelligence for the description, diagnosis and prognosis of disturbances in production and logistics processes in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The data acquisition and evaluation is to be designed "LEAN", whereby a language assistance system is used.
