Shape the future with AI: registration for the 'Digital Change' course now open

Digitalization is changing our working world at a rapid pace. The "Digital Change" course takes an in-depth look at the key aspects of this transformation and its impact on everyday working life. The focus of the course is on:

• Digital workplace and technological change: we examine how generative AI technologies (GenAI) are fundamentally reshaping work processes and methods in companies.
• Skills for the future: Participants will gain insights into the skills that will be crucial for the working world of tomorrow, with a particular focus on AI skills.
• Impact of AI on employee experience and employer attractiveness: We analyze how AI-supported processes not only increase employee satisfaction, but also help companies to be perceived as attractive employers.

The course is offered in close collaboration with Dr. Peter Geißler, Director People Experience at Communardo Software GmbH. Dr. Geißler contributes his extensive expertise in the areas of cross-functional collaboration, optimization, adoption & change management and knowledge-based management to mobilize experiential knowledge. His goal is to improve the employee experience and help companies create a connected, digital workplace. As publisher of the book "Das vernetzte Unternehmen: How the Digital Workplace is Reshaping the Way We Work Together" and through his dissertation in Business Information Systems at TU Dresden, he has worked extensively on the challenges and opportunities of digital transformation.

The "Digital Change" course offers an excellent opportunity to gain in-depth insights into the digital changes in the world of work and to acquire the necessary skills for the future. The number of participants is limited to 20 in order to ensure individual support and an intensive exchange. If demand is high, an additional selection process will be carried out to choose the most committed and motivated participants.
