Ein TU-weiter Antrag für die Key Action 171 2022 des ERASMUS+ Programms wurde bewilligt. Die Fakultät Wirtschaftswissenschaften ist durch die Teilantragsstellung der Professur für Informationsmanagement von Prof. Schoop auch beteiligt. Die eingeworbenen Mittel werden über drei Jahre dazu verwendet den albanisch-deutschen Austausch mit der EPOKA University in Tirana im Rahmen des Virtual Collaborative Learning (VCL) Kurses Collaboration in the Virtual Classroom weiter zu fördern. Das Arrangement wurde im Sommer 2022 im Rahmen des ERASMUS+ Projektes VALEU-X erstmals von albanischen Partnerhochschulen unter Moderation der TU Dresden durchgeführt. Eines der zentralen Ziele im Fokus von VCL ist die Übertragung des Gruppenlernens in den online Raum. Dabei werden in Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Partnerinstitutionen die geografisch verteilten Studierenden in gemischten, heterogen zusammengesetzten, multiperspektivischen Projektteams mit komplexen und interdisziplinären Aufgaben konfrontiert, die individuell nur schwer zu lösen sind (case-based collaborative learning). Die Kurse erstrecken sich über einen Zeitraum von 6-8 Wochen online Phase, ergänzt um zusätzliche lokale Präsenzveranstaltungen vor und/oder nach der online Phase. Dieser Kurs wird jedes Sommersemester angeboten und wird ab 2023 pro Kurs eine einwöchige Reise von deutschen Studierende nach Albanien sowie einen einwöchigen Aufenthalt albanischer Studierende in Dresden beinhalten.

Zusätzlich wurde ein Mitarbeiteraustausch im Rahmen eines Qualifizierungsprogramms für E-Tutoren bewilligt. In den VCL-Arrangements werden die Lernenden während des gesamten Gruppenlernprozesses von qualifizierten E-Tutoren begleitet. Deren Qualifikation sollen albanische Lehrende zusammen mit deutschen Lehrenden jährlich und erstmals 2023 bekommen.  Die E-Tutoren sollen eine offene und ungezwungene Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe zwischen dem Tutor und der Gruppe fördern, ohne in die Lösungsprozesse selbst einzugreifen. Das allgemeine Aufgabenspektrum der E-Tutoren ist vielfältig, so dass eine fachliche Qualifizierung notwendig ist. In Präsenz werden die online gewonnenen Erkenntnisse und erarbeiteten Ergebnisse persönlich diskutiert. Wir freuen uns auf die Zusammenarbeit mit der EPOKA University und auf einen ergebnisreichen Austausch.

A TU-wide application for Key Action 171 2022 of the ERASMUS+ programme was approved. The Faculty of Business and Economics is also involved through the partial application of Prof. Schoop's Chair of Information Management. The funds raised will be used over three years to further promote the Albanian-German exchange with EPOKA University in Tirana within the framework of the Virtual Collaborative Learning (VCL) course Collaboration in the Virtual Classroom. The arrangement was carried out for the first time in summer 2022 by Albanian partner universities under the moderation of TU Dresden as part of the ERASMUS+ project VALEU-X. One of the central goals of VCL is the transfer of group learning to the online space. Here, in cooperation with international partner institutions, geographically dispersed students in mixed, heterogeneously composed, multi-perspective project teams are confronted with complex and interdisciplinary tasks that are difficult to solve individually (case-based collaborative learning). The courses extend over a period of 6-8 weeks online phase, supplemented by additional local face-to-face events before and/or after the online phase. This course is offered every summer semester and will include a one-week trip of German students to Albania as well as a one-week stay of Albanian students in Dresden per course starting in 2023.

In addition, a staff exchange was approved as part of a qualification programme for e-tutors. In the VCL arrangements, learners will be accompanied by qualified e-tutors throughout the group learning process. Albanian teachers are to receive their qualification together with German teachers annually and for the first time in 2023.  The e-tutors are to promote open and informal communication at eye level between the tutor and the group, without intervening in the solution processes themselves. The general range of tasks of the e-tutors is diverse, so that a professional qualification is necessary. In presence, the insights gained online and the results worked out are discussed in person.
