Shaping the future with AI: enrolment for the 'Digital Change' course is open

Digitalization is changing the world of work at a rapid pace. Our "Digital Change" course is dedicated to the key aspects of this transformation and its impact on everyday working life. We focus in particular on:

- Digital workplace and changing technologies in the workplace: we highlight how generative AI technologies (GenAI) are reshaping ways of working and processes in organizations.
- Skills of tomorrow: participants will gain insight into the skills required for the future world of work, with a particular focus on AI skills.
- Impact of AI on Employer Experience and Employer Attractiveness: We explore how AI-supported processes can not only improve the employee experience, but also make companies more attractive as employers.

The course will be held in collaboration with Dr. Peter Ge ißler, Director People Experience at Communardo Software GmbH. Dr. Geißler brings his extensive expertise in the areas of optimization, cross-functional collaboration, adoption & change management as well as knowledge-based management to mobilize experiential knowledge. His work aims to improve the employer experience and help companies create a connected, digital workplace. As editor of the book "The networked company: How the Digital Workplace is Reshaping the Way We Work Together" and through his dissertation at TU Dresden in the field of Information Systems, he has worked extensively on the challenges and opportunities of digital transformation.

This course is an opportunity to gain in-depth insights into the digital changes in the world of work and equip yourself with the necessary skills for the future. Participation is limited to 20 people to ensure intensive support and a high-quality exchange. In the event of an increase in applications, an additional selection process will be carried out to select the most committed and motivated participants.
