Abstract
Diese Arbeit befasst sich mit den Interaktionen der Mitglieder von Knowledge Communities. Es werden Faktoren erörtert, welche die Interaktionen der Community-Teilnehmer hemmen und fördern können. Anhand eines allgemeinen Verhaltensmodells werden auf soziales Verhalten wirkende Determinanten in bezug auf Wissensgemeinschaften untersucht und Unterstützungsmöglichkeiten diskutiert. Zudem werden die sozialen sowie emotionalen Voraussetzungen eines Knowledge Workers in bezug auf Communities erörtert.
