Abstract
Diese Arbeit hat die Erstellung eines Anwendungssystems zum Ziel, durch welches die identifizierten Aufgaben des Prozessmanagement innerhalb eines Online-Moduls interaktiv unterstützt werden. Hierfür wurden die Anforderungen didaktisch und inhaltlich hergeleitet, in Konzepten zusammengefasst und durch eine datenbankunterstützte Anwendungssoftware realisiert.
