Abstract
Aus der Erfahrung des Autors und einer Vielzahl von Studien ist ein Defizit im Hinblick auf die Informationskompetenz und somit auch Recherchekompetenz bei der Vielzahl von Informationssuchenden zu verzeichnen. In Untersuchungen wurde ebenso aufgezeigt, welche Potenziale durch die individuelle Verbesserung der Informations- bzw. Recherchekompetenz erschlossen werden können. Ziel der Arbeit ist es, ein Instrumentarium zu schaffen, um bestimmte Aspekte der Recherchekompetenz durch Schulung oder Rechercheunterstützung zu verbessern. Dabei wird unter Verwendung des eXtensible Markup Language Topic Map - Standards ein Framework konzipiert, welches für eine Vielzahl von Anwendungsfällen verwendbar ist.
