9th Data Salon: Successful event with around 90 participants

The 9th Data Salon of the Saxony State Statistical Office and the Center for Demography and Diversity took place on October 1, 2024. Around 90 participants from politics, science and society took part in the event, which dealt intensively with the opportunities and challenges of demographic change in Saxony.

The program included six exciting presentations on current demographic trends, followed by a lively poster session in which innovative projects and demonstrators were presented. The event concluded with a panel discussion in which key findings and future prospects were jointly reflected upon.

We would like to thank all the speakers, those responsible for the poster stations and the participants for their contribution. Their commitment made the 9th Data Salon a complete success.
