Professor Razinskas Delivers a Keynote Address at This Year's TUD Diversity Days
This year’s Diversity Days will take place at TUD Dresden University of Technology from November 2 to 6, 2026. Under the theme “What We Don’t See: Invisible Realities on Campus,” the event will highlight topics that often remain hidden yet shape the daily lives of many people at the university.
Prof. Dr. Stefan Razinskas, Director of the Center for Demography and Diversity (CDD) and holder of the Chair in Organization and Management, will contribute to this year’s Diversity Days with a keynote address. His presentation, titled “Diversity Beyond the Visible: How Invisible Differences Shape Our Everyday Lives,” will take place on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, from 9:20 a.m. to 10:50 a.m. in BAR/205/H . The talk will be held in German.
The presentation will highlight how invisible differences influence knowledge sharing, creativity, trust, and well-being within teams. Drawing on empirical findings and practical case studies, the presentation will explore how psychological safety, inclusive leadership, and an appreciative organizational culture contribute to the constructive integration of diverse perspectives. The goal is to convey an evidence-based understanding of invisible diversity and to provide inspiration for inclusive collaboration in universities and organizations.
Please register for the keynote address. Further information on this and other events can be found on the Diversity Days website.
