Funding Innovative Research
The development of medical therapies of the future cannot be financed solely by public funds, but also requires private support. The CRTD is moving closer toward its goal of targeting and correcting the cells lost or damaged by disease.
Type 1 diabetes, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, vision loss, spinal cord injury, and cancer all have the potential to be treated or cured by stem cell therapy. Researchers at the CRTD are working to turn this vision into reality. In addition to the CRTD's focus on academic excellence and leadership in the sciences, CRTD has unparalleled access to world-class clinical partners and a thriving biotechnology community. This combination of basic science and clinical expertise gives the CRTD a unique opportunity in this field.
Our research can be greatly furthered by your personal help and support. The scientists, ethicists, and educators working at CRTD rely on your generosity.
