We are excited to invite you to the upcoming Data Analysis Café, hosted by the DcGC bioinformatics team! This is a fantastic opportunity for you to engage with experienced bioinformaticians, discuss your projects, and get answers to your questions about sequencing data analysis.

Data Analysis Café Details:

When? Join us monthly on the last Tuesday from 13:00 to 14:00. Remember, registration will close on Monday at 12:00.
Where?  You can participate online or in person at the CRTD.
Who can attend? Our doors are open to everyone at the Dresden research campus. While we aim to assist as many researchers as possible, priority will be given to CMCB employees based on demand and our capacity. Consultations are free of charge.
How to Register: Each attendee will have 20 minutes to discuss their specific question with a bioinformatician. Please secure your slot via our registration form.
Preparation is Key: To make the most out of your consultation, please come prepared with precise questions. If your inquiry involves programming, have your materials ready for demonstration. Here are some common questions we often address:

Why is my code not running?
I am encountering issues importing my data.
What are the best practices for visualizing my results?
How can I convert files across different formats?
How should I interpret differential expression analysis results?
What analysis steps are most suited for my dataset?
Does my experimental design align with my research objectives?

The goal of the Data Analysis Café is to provide quick and practical guidance to navigate your questions within minutes. We are excited to connect with you and support your research!

Please Remember:
Our expertise is primarily in sequencing data analysis. For a smooth consultation, please provide a clear description of your question in the registration form. After registration concludes, we'll reach out to schedule your individual session.

Do not hesitate to get in touch at , we are here to assist!

Best wishes and happy analyzing,
DcGC bioinformatics team
