What a flight of fancy! 🏆 In the truest sense of the word. The best high jumper in Germany not only comes from Dresden, but also studies physics here at TUD!

Jonas Wagner, sports scholarship holder, won the German championship title with a great performance of 2.26 m and thus also qualified for the European Championships. We congratulate him and wish him every success for his next goals!

He himself says: "I'm very happy with how the competition went. After a long technical changeover, I've finally found my routine again and I'm happy to be able to reach greater heights again. The title means a lot to me and I'm optimistic for the summer."
