We would like to encourage all employees to use the courses offered by the University Sports Centre for their own well-being.

The courses in health sports, relaxation and gymnastics are particularly well suited for health prevention.

We also offer exclusive employee classes, such as yoga or back training. These courses can be found at M - Mitarbeiter:innen-Sport.

Please address questions related to the course directly to the respective trainers. You will receive specific advice from Ms. Zdzieblik.

Another offer for employees is the Active Break (German: Bewegte Pause) of the Occupational Health Services, which can also be booked through the DHSZ.
