Sport for employees

We would like to encourage all employees of the universities affiliated with the DHSZ to take advantage of the courses offered by the University Sports Center to maintain their own health.
The courses in health sports, relaxation and gymnastics are particularly suitable for health prevention. We also offer exclusive courses for employees, such as yoga, back training and abdominal, leg and bottom exercises. These courses can be found under S - Sport for employees.
If you have any questions about the course, please contact the respective course instructor directly. You will receive advice in a targeted manner from Ms. Leibelt (Tel. 0351 - 463 39642).
Another offer for TUD employees is the TUD Health Service's Moving Break, which can also be booked through the DHSZ.
