Mastering Mentoring | E-Learning for Mentees and Mentors

Starting in the 2026 winter semester, the Postdoc Center will offer a new e-learning course, “Mastering Mentoring,” for postdocs and professors.

The e-learning is designed for mentees and mentors who want to effectively shape mentoring relationships and dive into this topic proactively and at their own pace.

The focus is on the fundamentals of successful mentoring: roles and expectations, conversational skills, goal-setting, reflection, and building trusting, productive mentoring relationships.
