Collegial case consultation for teachers
Collegial case consultation is a form of consultation that takes place in small groups and is now also offered to lecturers at the TUD. In consultation with the group, participants have the opportunity to bring in a case. This can be a pedagogical problem from current or past seminars. A classic example of a case is the repeated disruption of a student in a seminar/lesson or of a participant during a training course. Each participant who brings in a case asks a specific case-related question, on the basis of which the group analyzes and interprets the case and develops possible solutions in the various phases of collegial case consultation.
