Description

Die Studierenden werden durch die LV befähigt, komplexe Prozesse des Lehrens und Lernens in der beruflichen Bildungsarbeit zu koordinieren, so dass Personalarbeit und Personalentwicklung gefördert und unterstützt werden. Sie kennen Aufgaben, Ziele und Funktionen von Personalarbeit und -entwicklung im Kontext beruflicher Bildung sowie die damit im Zusammenhang stehenden rechtlichen Grundlagen. Die Studierenden lernen Instrumente der Personalarbeit und -entwicklung grundlegend kennen und sind in der Lage, diese zielgerichtet in der beruflichen Praxis anzuwenden.
