Die Veranstaltung befasst sich in diesem Semester schwerpunktmäßig mit Forschungsansätzen und -befunden in der Erwachsenenbildung/Weiterbildung aus komparativer, d.h. international-vergleichender Perspektive sowie mit dem Thema Fachkräftemangel. Im Mittelpunkt stehen daher zum einen Strategien, (Forschungs-) Ansätze und Befunde, die sich auf die Europäische Union und den Europäischen Wirtschaftsraum beziehen, aber auch solche, die einen globalen bzw. internationalen Blick einnehmen.
Die Veranstaltung ist an zwei zentralen Fragestellungen ausgerichtet: Wie „funktioniert“ Erwachsenenbildung/Weiterbildung als Politikfeld in einem Mehrebenensystem wie der/dem EU/EWR bzw. im internationalen Kontext? Worin bestehen infolge dessen die zentralen Aufgaben und Herausforderungen für komparative Erwachsenenbildungs-/Weiterbildungsforschung?

Description

Das Seminar Lehren und Lernen in der Weiterbildung findet im SoSe in 14-tägigem Rhythmus und teils als Blockveranstaltung statt. Bestandteil des Seminars ist die Teilnahme und didaktische Begleitung einer Weiterbildung in Form von Tagung, Workshop oder MOOC an der TUD zu Beginn des WiSe. Im Kontext des Master-Studienganges Weiterbildungsforschung und Organisationsentwicklung (Modul: MA-WBF/OE 6) verfolgen wir das Ziel der Vermittlung eines Überblicks über die in der Weiterbildung anzutreffenden Lehr- und Lernformen. Voraussetzungen für den erfolgreichen Besuch der LV sind Grundkenntnisse der Lernpsychologie da diese nicht erneut vermittelt werden.

Die Vorlesung ist als Einführung in das Thema Personalmanagement für Studierende ohne betriebswirtschaftliche Grundkenntnisse konzipiert. Themenfelder umfassen vorranging Personalbedarfsplanung, Personaleinsatzplanung, Personalbeschaffung, Personalentwicklung und Personalbeurteilung. Description

In der Veranstaltung lernen Sie die zentralen Konzepte, Ideen und Herausforderungen vergleichender Bildungsforschung und -politikgestaltung kennen und verstehen. Sie lernen, unter Anleitung eigene komparative Fragestellungen zu entwickeln und zu untersuchen. Sie entwickeln ein kritisches Verständnis vergleichender Bildungsforschung und der dabei genutzten Ansätze und können die Rolle der (internationalen) Akteurgruppen bestimmen.

Inhalte des Veranstaltung sind die Geschichte und das Feld der vergleichenden Bildungsforschung und -politikgestaltung. Im Vordergrund stehen Prozesse des policy learning anhand von Länderfall- und Politikfeldstudien sowie das Verständnis der Zusammenhänge zwischen Bildungsprozessen in sozioökonomischen Kontexten und die Rolle der zentralen (internationalen) Akteure (UNESCO, ILO, OECD etc.) in diesem Feld.
