Research Focus
The Chair conducts research on the digital transformation of Private Law and society. The focus is on - to a large extent interlocking - questions of the regulation of online platforms, such as in particular social networks, questions about creativity, creation and innovation in the digital age, as well as questions about the role of humans in the design and application of artificial intelligence. Here, the position of vulnerable groups such as children and their rights are given special consideration.
