Team Event - Dinner in Zittau

Following the formation of our new Sustainability and Biodiversity Management Research Group and the adoption of the new title "Chair of Business Administration, esp. Sustainability and Biodiversity Management", we gathered for a team dinner at Na Tran Restaurant in Zittau. The evening offered a welcome opportunity to connect beyond our usual work environment, strengthen team spirit, and get to know one another better.

Over delicious food and engaging conversations, we exchanged perspectives on our lifestyles, weekend activities, individual working styles, and approaches to collaboration. These informal discussions provided valuable insights into the people behind our professional roles and highlighted the importance of mutual understanding, open communication, and team building.

Although a few colleagues were unable to join us due to seasonal flu, the evening was a great start to building stronger connections within our newly formed team. We look forward to future gatherings when hopefully everyone can be part of the gathering.

More than a team dinner, it was an opportunity to build relationships, foster a sense of belonging, and lay the foundation for a collaborative and supportive team culture.
