New podcast episode: Markus Scholz on the I.M.U. podcast “Fokus Aufsichtsrat”

In episode #13 of the I.M.U. podcast “Fokus Aufsichtsrat,” host Linda Achtermann, Prof. Dr. Markus Scholz, and Maxi Leuchters, head of the Corporate Law and Corporate Governance department, discuss key aspects of US President Donald Trump's policy on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

One focus of the discussion is on how such political guidelines affect the responsibilities of supervisory boards and co-determination structures. This particularly concerns the obligation of corporate bodies to include value-oriented and democracy-related aspects in their decisions in addition to economic ones.
