• Independently helping to shape and coordinate the academic operations of the Chair (including planning and organizing teaching, research, and knowledge transfer initiatives, as well as contributing to the Chair’s strategic and conceptual tasks)
• Participation in the acquisition and implementation of externally funded projects
• Participation in administrative tasks at the Chair and at the IHI Zittau
Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of empirical research methodology (qualitative and/or quantitative) as well as an interest in interdisciplinary work at the intersection of management, the social sciences, and professional practice
• A strong interest in the transfer of knowledge between academia and practice, in collaborating with partners outside academia, and in communicating research to diverse audiences in academia, business, politics, and the general public
• Willingness and ability to work independently and to take responsibility for the organization and further development of the Chair’s academic operations
• Very good command of German and English
• A high degree of teamwork, flexibility, and initiative
