Melanie Arzberger, M.A.

Researcher

studied International Business and Management in Austria and India, and Business Ethics & CSR Management at IHI Zittau. From 2018 to 2021, Melanie Arzberger worked as a researcher at the Chair for Social Sciences at IHI Zittau. Her research activities focused on business and human rights. She also taught courses in human resource management and CSR. In addition, Ms. Arzberger volunteered as head of the Saxony Regional Forum of the German Network for Business Ethics (DNWE).

Dipl.-Kffr. Stefanie Kast, M.A.

Researcher

From 2012 to 2018, Stefanie Kast was a researcher at the Chair for Social Sciences. She taught human resource management and also conducted research on corporate social responsibility, corporate social performance, corporate performance and corporate social audit and accounting. She volunteered in the German Network for Business Ethics (DNWE) as head of the Saxony Regional Forum.
