Our research is oriented towards business administration, social science and philosophy. Our specific focus is on strategic sustainability and responsibility management, sustainable transformation and innovation, business and human rights as well as the political engagement and political responsibility of companies. Furthermore, we investigate the normative foundations of business ethics. Our aim is to address grand societal challenges, e.g. (de-)globalisation, digitalisation, climate change, human rights, etc., with methodologically diverse, empirically sound, and philosophically informed research.
