News from the Cultural Fit project: Successful milestones and start of the first training course at the end of October

There is some news to report from the Cultural Fit project:

As part of the BVMW network meeting, we presented our project and the further training and exchanged views with regional companies on the importance of Cultural Fit in HR. The lively discussion underlined the relevance of the topic, resulted in a few important suggestions for all participants and strengthened our networking in the region.

In September 2024, we took part in the IHK's employer conference in Zittau and presented our project at the accompanying small trade fair. Numerous workshops on the topic of HR offered valuable insights and enabled an intensive exchange with the company representatives present.

Another important step was the successful “dress rehearsal” of our training in the first week of October: we were able to test our seminar content and methods under real-life conditions with students and colleagues from TU Dresden and IHI over three days. We also received a lot of valuable feedback, which is now helping us to further optimize the content and process and prepare for the official launch. This will take place on October 29, 2024, when our first round of further training begins, comprising a total of five dates.
