  Personal data is processed for authentication, authorisation and provisioning in the internal area for the purpose of official internal communication and the maintenance of the web pages in the WebCMS of TU Dresden.

• Which personal data is processed?
  The following personal data is processed:
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Academic title and degree
  • E-mail address
  • ZIH login
  • Job title
  • Organisational unit
  • Official telephone and fax numbers
  • Office location
• What is the legal basis for the processing of personal data?
  The processing is carried out according to § 11 para. 1 Saxon Data Protection Law (Sächsisches Datenschutzdurchführungsgesetz) and § 16 para. 3 of the IT Regulations of TU Dresden.
• Who receives the data?
  Unless otherwise stipulated by law, personal data will not be transferred to third parties.
• How long is the personal data stored for?
  Personal data is deleted in accordance with § 16 para. 4 of the IT Regulations of TU Dresden no later than 15 months after the person has left the university.
• What rights does the person in question have?
  You have the right to obtain information from TU Dresden about the data stored about your person and/or to have incorrectly stored data corrected.

You have the right to deletion or limitation of the processing and/or a right to object to the processing.
