Chair of Acoustics and Haptics at the 15th International Motorcycle Conference

Recently, on 05.12.2024 - 06.12.2024, we proudly represented the Chair of Acoustics and Haptics at the 15th International Motorcycle Conference. 

Our presentation, titled "Improving Motorcycle Safety: Designing and Assessing Auditory Alert Systems for Motorcyclists", was delivered by Dr. Serkan Atamer and Colin Ballantyne showcased research conducted in collaboration with KTM Forschungs & Entwicklungs GmbH, Austria. This joint effort focuses on enhancing motorcyclist safety through innovative auditory alert systems.

We are pleased to share our work on this important topic for motorcycle safety, and we hope that these efforts will resonate on a larger scale and bring more attention to this critical issue. We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to all participants for their valuable contributions and insights.
