Research projects
We, researchers at RoboNets, actively work on the following interdisciplinary research projects.
Inspired by the vision of the Cluster of Excellence Tactile Internet with Human-in-the-Loop ( CeTI)—which enables real-time human interaction with cyber-physical systems across intelligent networks—research at RoboNets focuses on physical AI technologies to facilitate seamless skill transfer between humans and robots.
Building on our active role in shaping the 6th generation of mobile networks (6G) through the 6G-life hub, our research at RoboNets focuses on softwarized physical AI infrastructure and collaborative perception for mobile autonomous robots.
To contribute to the CommUnity vision of technological sovereignty, resilience, and shared prosperity, we collaborate with communication domain experts to develop real-time 3D reconstruction frameworks powered by networked autonomous drones.
