Directions

The chair of virtual product development is located within the main campus Südvorstadt of the TU Dresden (pdf of the campus map), in the main building of the faculty of mechanical science and engineering, the Zeuner-Bau.

Travel by Car

• leave the A4 at Dreieck Dresden-West
• continue on the A17 in the direction of Prag/Prague
• take the exit Dresden-Südvorstadt
• follow the B170 for approx. 3km towards the city
• turn left onto Nöthnitzer Straße and follow the B170 for approx. 300m
• turn left into Mommsenstraße
• after approx. 400m turn into Helmholzstraße
• on the right hand side you will find the Zeuner Bau (entrance Helmholtzstraße)

Travel by Train

• from the main station (Dresden Hauptbahnhof) take the tram line 3 of the local public transport in direction of Coschütz
• travel 3 stops to Münchner Platz stop
• cross the tracks and keep left until you reach Cafe Möbius
• pass Cafe Möbius on the right and the turn left along George-Bähr-Straße
• after approx. 100m at the next crossing turn right into Helmholtzstraße
• after approx. 30m you will see the Zeuner Bau on the left (entrance Helmholtzstraße)

Travel by Plane

• take the S-Bahn (train) S2 in direction of Pirna in the basement of the airport building
• travel to the main station (Dresden Hauptbahnhof)
• from here follow the directions above (Travel by Train)
